  • What are the dimensions of the Surrey Bikes, when shipped?? 
All new surrey bikes are shipped in the box, on a pallet (unless otherwise specified)

  • Do you sell used bikes?? 

We do sell “pre-owned” surrey bikes.  These bikes come directly out of our rental fleet. All “pre-owned” Surreys require thorough preventative maintenance, to guarantee the bikes are in safe operating condition.  Any necessary parts are replaced prior to sale-  

 

  • If I am out of state and want to purchase a used Surrey, how could I get it?? 
We ship pre-owned surrey bikes, on pallets as well, although it is slightly different then the NEW bikes- 
The pre-owned Surreys are partially disassembled, and tied from the frame to the pallet, as well the wheels are zipped tied to the pallet.  We remove and wrap the canopy frame and up-rights and strap them to the bike, so the height is adequate for freight transport.

  • Can you assemble the bikes, or do I need to send it to a Bike Shop for assembly?? 

We do offer, and charge, for assembly services-  Price depends on model.  We recommend reaching out for Quotes on assembly fees. 

 

  • What colors are available?? 
We offer 4 colors in each of the 3 model Surrey Bikes: 
BLUE / FUCSHIA / GREEN / RED 

 

  • What is the difference between your product and the other Surrey Bikes we see online?? 

Our surrey bikes are manufactured in Italy, as opposed to most of the other products, which come out of China- Ciclofan is a small family-owned operation that holds a strong focus on quality as opposed to quantity. We have found the Ciclofan product to be a better quality than the other brands on the market.   

 

  • Isn’t it easy to claim the product you sell is better than the others? That seems to be a bold claim, unless it is somehow substantiated…. 
Sometimes being bold is necessary, with the presence of a strong conviction.   
Our company started out as a Surrey Bike Rental operation, which is still heavily active in the theme park mecca of Central Florida, operating, arguably, the single largest rental fleet.   
In the beginning Ciclofan was the product we used.  We loved every part of the bike; the design, the fabrication, the functionality of it, and how it would hold up in the harsh Florida elements.   
As time went on, just like every other small business, we set focus on the bottom line and began to explore other products with a less expensive price point.  Over the years we have tried EVERY other product out there.  We quickly recognized the savings in the initial cost of the bike did not outweigh the cost overtime, through the issues we ran into.   
Frame fabrication never matched Ciclofan, and parts became “consumables”, that is if the parts were not on back order, which we ran into several times with other manufacturers.   
After several years away, we began purchasing from Ciclofan once again.  When the availability to be the exclusive US distributor became available, we took advantage of the opportunity.   
Remind you, we were a rental company, NOT a sales operation and had no intentions early on to become one.   
It was our years of experience, with what was out there, that we recognized this to be a no-brainer.  Not only would we be able to fulfil our own needs, but we would also be able to share the knowledge we gained through trial and error. This is THE best product on the market and, although it comes with a little higher price point than most, it is built to last.  

 

 

 

  • Do you have parts on hand?? 

We do carry a full line of Ciclofan parts, with regular container shipments from Italy.  It is rare that we do not have a part in stock, but if it does happen, we do our best to expedite for the needs of the customer. 

 

  • How many gears are there on the Surrey Bikes?? 

The Surrey Bikes come standard with single speed gearing.  Ease of pedaling comes with the assistance of all passengers pedaling. 

 

  • Do you sell online?? 

We do have our full line of Surrey parts, as well as all Surrey Bikes models available for sale on this site-  Simply click the PARTS tab or the on the model Surrey of choice and the option to purchase now is available. 

 

  • What happens if the wrong part is shipped?? 

We are very diligent on checking and rechecking all orders, prior to shipment. However, if there is any discrepancy with what was ordered and what was sent, we will absolutely handle everything at our expense, in an expedited manner. 

 

  • Do you accept returns on parts??   
All returns and refunds are handled in a case by case basis and comes with the possibility of a restocking fee. 
 
  • Do you offer bulk pricing for Surrey Bikes??
